Confidar Treuhand AG, Laax (formerly Sunside Treuhand- und Verwaltungs AG) has merged with its parent company of the same name in Ilanz as from 1 July 2023. With 23 employees in Ilanz and Laax, Confidar continues to offer holiday flat rentals and all fiduciary services in addition to the management and sale of properties. Through the merger of the two companies, Confidar Treuhand AG is one of the leading providers of property management, rental and brokerage services in the Surselva region.
